What we collect
Your mobile number, name, father's name, CNIC, date of birth, address, emergency contact, driving license details, motorcycle details, and the photos of the documents you upload.
Why we collect it
To verify that you are a real, licensed rider before letting you carry passengers, and to contact you or your emergency contact if something goes wrong.
How documents are stored
Identity documents are held in private storage. They are never publicly accessible and there is no public link to them. Only you and authorised GhizGo administrators can open them, through links that expire after a short time.
What customers see
Customers only ever see your name, profile photo, rating, and motorcycle brand, model and registration number. They never see your CNIC, driving license, address, date of birth or emergency contact.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your information, or to close your rider account, by contacting +923000000000 or support@ghizgo.pk.
